Terms and Conditions
We here at Shockwave DJ Services know how hard it is to find a DJ Service that will take care of all your needs for your events. Knowing this we have a few terms and conditions that set us away from the rest.
1. There is no time limit(within
reason). We know how had it is to plan your
party
around the dj. That isn't the case with us! We plan our entertaining
around your
time schedule. We don't leave until the party's over!
2. Shockwave DJ Services
strive to give the customer everything they
need
to have a successful event. Pleasing the customers is job #1 with
us.
Why you ask? Without customers to hire us, why would I do this.
Other terms and conditions
Deposit
Upon
signing a contract with Shockwave DJ Services, we require a
50% non-refundable deposit.
All contracts signed within two(2) weeks of the event, will result in paying
100% of the price at signing of contract. In the unlikely event
that the event is just rescheduled at a later/earlier date, arrangements
can be made. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled,
we do not offer refunds of deposits.
Damage/Destruction of property
Having
fun at an event is one of the reason I got into this business
in the first place. I would like everyone to have fun when I'm doing
my job. While having that
fun there is a certain responsibility you
have to your guests. If
the problems arises of my equipment being
damaged/destroyed by a guest,
I hold the signer of the contract fully
liable. Ofcourse if something
has been damaged due to something
I have done, I assume all responsibilities.
